Respondent(s) PRAYER This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.OP No. 31214/2025 dt. 17.11.2025 in Crime No. 108/2025 on the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Krishnagiri report before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Krishnagiri daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of 6 weeks.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31214 of 2015 dated 17.11.2025 in Crime No.108/2025 on the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Krishnagiri and report before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Krishnagiri daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of 6 weeks.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31214 of 2015 dated 17.11.2025 in para No.7(b) is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. 02-01-2026 jai To 1.The Inspector of Police, Mahendamangalam Police Station, Dharmapuri District.
