ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying to quash the call letter in P.S.274155 received by petitioner on 08.12.2025 on the file of the respondent

and consequently to direct the respondent to permit the petitioner and other candidates for the year 2020- 2021 batch (Pandemic batch) to attend the interview for the post of Village Panchayat secretary 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
