G.O.(Ms).No.335, Health and Family Welfare, (MCA-2) Department, dated 29.07.2021 and ii.) G.O. (D).No.98, Health and Family Welfare, (MCA-2) Department, dated 25.01.2023, for the service rendered between March 2022 to April 2023 together with interest till date.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 5th and 6th respondents to pay the difference of accumulated Stipend Arrear Amount of Rs.1,78,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Seventy Eight Thousand only) for the demand made in the letter dated 24.11.2025 as per the revised G.Os - i.) G.O.(Ms).No.335, Health and Family Welfare, (MCA-2) Department, dated 2/4
29.07.2021 and ii.) G.O.(D).No.98, Health and Family Welfare, (MCA-2) Department, dated 25.01.2023, for the service rendered between March 2022 to April 2023 together with interest till date.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, respondents 5 & 6 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2025 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
