ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2025,

seeking for issuance of joint patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner contends that erroneously patta has been issued for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition in the name of the respondents 4 and 5 alone. Therefore, the petitioner had given a representation on 24.03.2025, seeking for cancellation of patta standing in the name of the respondents 4 and 5 and for issuance of joint patta which includes the name of the petitioner as well. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed.

3. Mr. R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse orders are passed against the fourth and fifth respondents, notice to the fourth and fifth respondents is dispensed with by this Court.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2025 is considered on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the objections of the fourth and fifth respondents as well as any other third party whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2025.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2025, seeking for cancellation of patta standing in the name of the respondents 4 and 5 and for issuance of joint patta which includes the name of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the objections of the fourth and fifth respondents as well as any other third party whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire.

7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
