2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 09.12.2025 seeking 1/4

for transfer of patta in her name for the property(morefully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. Since the aforesaid application has not been considered by the respondent till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondent.

5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if the petitioner's application dated 09.12.2025 seeking for transfer of patta in her name is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing objections, if any of the neighbouring landowners as well as any other third party, whom, the respondent deems it fit to enquire. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation made by the petitioner.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application dated 09.12.2025 seeking for transfer of patta in her name for the 2/4

property morefully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition after hearing objections, if any, of the neighbouring landowners as well as any other third party, whom, the respondent deems it fit to enquire within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order

7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
