ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 30.10.2025 by issuing separate patta in the name of the petitioner's father and mother along with correlation statement in the light of the status report submitted before this Court on 06.10.2025 by the respondents, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and on instructions, he would submit that the petitioner's representation, dated 30.10.2025 seeking for issuance of separate patta in the name of the petitioner's father and mother along with correlation statement for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the status report submitted by the respondents on 06.10.2025, will be disposed of, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The said statement made by the Page No.2 of 4

learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions is recorded.

3. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, dated 30.10.2025.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 30.10.2025 seeking issuance of separate patta in the name of the petitioner's father and mother along with correlation statement, after giving due consideration to the status report submitted by the respondents before this Court on 06.10.2025, which is also been enclosed along with the petitioner's representation, dated 30.10.2025, within a period of twelve
