ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the official respondents to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner and in the name of the third respondent for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. He would submit that pursuant to the aforesaid representation dated 11.04.2025, enquiry has been commenced by the first respondent, but till date, no final order has been passed. 3.Since no adverse order is passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the official respondents if the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2025 seeking for transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner and in the name of the third respondent for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring

land owners, if any and any other third party whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2025 seeking for transfer of patta for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, in her name and in the name of the third respondent, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners if any and also any other third party whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
