Heard.

2. This Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., seeking withdrawal of HMOP No.316 of 2025 from the file of the Subordinate Court at Tambaram and transfer the same to the file of any of the Family Court at Coimbatore.

3. The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on 11.11.2018. The petitioner is the wife. It is stated that she is residing at Coimbatore with her son and that it would be difficult for her to travel to Tambaram for every hearing.

4. The said HMOP No.316 of 2025 has been filed by the respondent/husband seeking restitution of conjugal rights before the Subordinate Court, Tambaram.

5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances, this Court is satisfied that the balance of convenience is in favour of the petitioner and that it would be in the interest of justice to order transfer.

6. Accordingly, Tr.C.M.P. No.1390 of 2025 is allowed. HMOP No.316 of 2025 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambararm is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore. The Subordinate Court, Tambaram shall transmit the entire records to the Family Court, Coimbatore, within three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of this order and the Family Court, Coimbatore shall dispose of the matter in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, uninfluenced by any observations made in this order.
