ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 13.02.2019, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3801 of 2019, thereby directing the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report, within a period of three months.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation and closed the case as "undetected". He also produced a copy of the final report before this Court. 3.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
