ORDER

This Contempt Petition arises out of the Order dated 27.06.2025 in W.P.No.23075 of 2025 passed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate appeared on behalf of the Respondents submitted that pursuant to the Order dated 27.06.2025 in W.P.No.23075 of 2025, the Respondent has passed an order vide Proceedings dated 13.01.2026 bearing Se.Mu.Aa.No.Aa1/001/2025 and thereby, the Respondent has duly complied with the Order dated 27.06.2025 in W.P.No.23075 of 2025 passed by this Court. The learned Government Advocate has produced a copy of the Proceedings issued by the Respondent, before this Court.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate for Respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to challenge the Proceedings dated 13.01.2026 issued by the Respondent, in the manner known to law, if at all Petitioner is aggrieved by the same.
