ORDER
The writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to withdraw the prohibitory order dated 11.06.2025 issued by the respondents 2 to 4.
Upon hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the respondents, it can be seen that the petitioner had earlier filed W.P.No.34435 of 2025 challenging the very same order dated 11.06.2025 and there is also interim stay of all further proceedings and recovery. While so, if the petitioner wants any relief or any modification of the interim relief, so that the petitioner wants to operate the bank account, it will be open for the petitioner to move such modification of the interim order in the very same writ petition and filing of yet another writ petition as like the present writ petition with a prayer for a mandamus directing the respondents to withdraw the prohibitory order, is not maintainable. 2/4

Accordingly, granting liberty to the petitioner to move such interim application in the pending WP.No.34435 of 2025, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
