..Respondents Prayer : WMP is filed to amend the prayer of the writ petition as "WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMS calling for the records in Na.Ka.No. 23767/2022/Y-8 dated 28.10.2022 passed by the 3rd respondent and to direct respondents to refer the matter to the competent civil court for the determination of the compensation under Section 18 (1) of the Land Acquisition Act 1894 in so far as the acquired land of the petitioner's property in survey

ORDER

Upon noticing that an order dated 28.10.2022 had been issued by the third respondent, the petitioner has filed this petition to amend the relief claimed in the writ petition so as to challenge the said order.

2. Upon examining the averments in the affidavit and being satisfied that this petition is liable to be allowed, this petition is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the Registry is directed to carry out the amendments in the petition. A copy of the amended petition shall be served on the respondents.

3. List WP.No.47619 of 2025 and WMP.No.55594 of 2025 on 26.02.2026.
