ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 & 2 to conduct and close the inquiry in a time bound manner as against the disputed transaction raised by the petitioner on 02.07.2025 with regard to fraudulent deduction of amount of Rs.2,70,000/- from his SBI Credit Card on 07.02.2025.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 02.07.2025, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter party, if any, and after giving them an opportunity of hearing pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Till completion of enquiry the respondents 1 & 2 are directed not to debit any amount from the petitioner's account and fixed deposit. 4.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
