ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.27488 of 2025 dated 07.10.2025, passed by this Court that the petitioners shall stay at Vellore and report before the Vellore Town Police daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27488 of 2025 dated 07.10.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the II Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai once in a week ie, on every Monday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of four weeks.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
