The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.189 of 2024, pending on the file of the first respondent Police.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed, the final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance of, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore, in C.C.No.2510 of 2025. 3.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 04-02-2026 SRM
