ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that the petitioner was already granted bail in this case and subsequently he was appearing and thereafter it was

intimated to him that he has not furnished the sureties as ordered by the Sessions Court while granting bail in Crl MP No.2665/2021 and since he has to submitted sureties for the purpose of committal proceedings and he was directed to furnish the sureties, however he has not furnished the sureties, hence NBW has been issued to the petitioner.

2.Considering the above submissions, this Court is of the view that the petitioner shall execute the sureties as ordered in Crl MP No.2665/2021 and the petitioner shall surrender and submit the sureties and the learned Magistrate is directed to accept the same and recall the warrant 3.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
