ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 319(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS) and 66C & 66D of Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008 INF C, in Crime No.27 of 2025 seeks anticipatory bail. 2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner herein while staying at Malaysia, claiming himself that he is not involved in the offence. Since the petitioner is not in India, and he has filed the petition herein. 3.It is alleged that the petitioner is the main accused and he is the one who operated the entire network, and the money involved in this case is more than Rs.58 lakhs. So far, no money has been recovered. Hence, I am not inclined to entertain this petition.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 21-01-2026 gbi
