ORDER

The petitioners/A2 to A4, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 303(2) and 326(b) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No. 451 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioners were dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 20.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 31662 of 2025, on the following grounds:

"6. Considering the fact that huge quantity of the river sand has been transported by the petitioners and cause damage to the river bed and ecology, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners".

3. Considering the fact that there is no change in circumstances in this petition, and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 09.01.2026 MSM 2/4
