ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to furnish the Work Site Inspection Certificate and the Working Condition of the Plants and Machinery Certificate to the petitioner in respect of the tender notification issued by the 2nd respondent vide No.21/2025-2026/HDO/NH dated 03.12.2025.

2. It is the contention of the petitioner that as per the tender conditions, the Worksite Inspection Certificate ought to have been issued on or before 16.12.2025 and the same has to be uploaded on the next day. Though the petitioner submitted a representation dated 10.12.2025 the inspection has not been conducted and Certificate has not been issued. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that Work Site Inspection Certificate and working Conditions of the Plants and Machinery Certificate will be issued 2 / 4

to the petitioner tomorrow, i.e.,16.12.2025 forenoon without fail.

4. The said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded.

5. In such view of the matter, the first respondent shall issue the certificates to the petitioner as undertaken before this court.
