CMP. No. 32145 of 2025 in CRP.SR.No.207131 of 2025 P.B.BALAJI, J.

The petitioner is an obstructor in the execution proceedings. The decree holder filed an application for removal of obstruction in E.A.No.4 of 2022. However, the said application was dismissed for default.

Thereafter, the Executing Court ordered issuance of a fresh delivery warrant. Hence, the petitioner/ obstructor, who is not a party to the execution proceedings, seeks leave to prefer the present revision.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition to accept the cause title and being satisfied with the reasons stated, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
