ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to furnish the Work Site Inspection Certificate to the petitioner in respect of the tender notification issued by the 2nd respondent vide No.08/20252026/CMDP/DO dated 11.11.2025.

2. It is the contention of the petitioner that as per the tender conditions, the Worksite Inspection Certificate ought to have been issued today, i.e., 15.12.2025 and the same has to be uploaded on the same day before 3.00 p.m. Though the petitioner submitted a representation dated 10.12.2025 & 15.12.2025, the inspection has not been conducted and Certificate has not been issued. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr. A.Rajadurai, Superintending Engineer, Metro, Chennai and Mr.P.M.Rajaganapathi, Divisional Engineer, CMDA-I, Chennai present before this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions from the said Officers, would submit that Work Site Inspection Certificate will be issued to the petitioner today itself and the petitioner can upload the certificate tomorrow, i.e., on 16.12.2025 till 3.00 p.m., without fail.

4. The said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded.

5. In such view of the matter, the second respondent shall issue the certificate to the petitioner as undertaken before this court.

6. With the above directions, this Writ petition is disposed of.
