ORDER

In a proposed suit for specific performance in relation to the lease of immovable asset, the intending plaintiff seeks leave to sue.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the immovable property concerned is situated at T.Nagar, Chennai and that the applicant is currently in possession of the property and has sought the relief of restraining the defendants from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property.

3. Upon examining the draft plaint and the documents annexed thereto, it appears that the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, this application is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue the respondents before this Court. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if otherwise in order.
