Respondent(s) PRAYER Directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioners representation dated 10/11/2025 and conduct comprehensive filed survey measurement work with the assistance of the 3rd respondent in respect of the properties in Survey No.290 / 3A comprised in 1 acre and 290 / 3C comprised 50.7 cents situated at Pettaikandigai Village, Pallipattu Taluk, Thiruvallur District so as to enable him by fixing the boundary line demarcation and for laying fencing for the petitioners properties within a stipulated time frame by this Honourable court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to survey and demarcate the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.

2.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He would submit that the petitioner will have to submit an online application to enable the respondents to consider the petitioner's request for survey and demarcation of boundaries. The said statement is recorded.

3.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh online application seeking for survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the petitioner's property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the said application and thereafter survey and demarcate the boundaries, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party as they deem it fit to enquire.

4.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh online application with the second respondent seeking for survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the petitioner's property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application within the stipulated time, the second respondent shall survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party as the second respondent deems it fit to enquire within a period of 12 weeks thereafter. No costs.
