ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 14.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Since the aforesaid representation has not been considered by the official respondents, till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Since no adverse order has been passed against the respondents 3 to 5 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 3 to 5 is dispensed with in this writ petition.
4. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. At the outset, he would submit that the petitioner has not submitted any online application enabling the officials respondents to consider the request of the petitioner as prayed for in this writ petition.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is willing to submit a fresh online application with the official respondents. The said undertaking is recorded.
6. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner is directed to submit an online application seeking for survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the petitioner's property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court and if the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 3 to 5, the neighbouring land owners and any other third party, whom they deem fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh online application to the respondents 1 and 2 seeking for survey and demarcation of boundaries of the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, Page No.3 of 6
within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to complete the survey and demarcation of boundaries of the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the documents produced by the petitioner, and after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 3 to 5, the neighbouring land owners and any other third party, whom they deem fit to enquire. If the police assistance is required, the respondents 1 and 2 are permitted to obtain the same by giving a representation to the police department and the police department shall act accordingly by granting police assistance. The respondents 1 and 2 are directed to complete the aforesaid exercise within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of the online application to be filed by the petitioner.
