This petition is filed to condone the delay of 108 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.J.C.Duraisamy, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and Ms.Mary Sowmi Rexi, learned counsel for M/s.Issac Chambers for the respondent.

The delay is 108 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 108 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
