O R D E R

The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 132, 121(1) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.306 of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was involved in attacking the Forest Guard while he was discharging his official duty, due to which he sustained grievous injuries. Hence, the case.

3. Earlier this Court dismissed the bail petition of A2 in Crl.O.P.No.29006 of 2025 by stating the following reason: I have also gone through the FIR, it revealed that the petitioner not only trespassed into the forest, cut down trees and involved in transporting, but also involved in attacking the forest officials joining with two other accused. The defacto complainant was rescued by other officials. Considering the manner in which the occurrence had taken place and the specific overt act attributed against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Now, without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to both the petitioners.
