When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed, the final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance of on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thirupathur, in S.T.C.No.3840 of 2025. He further submitted that the case now stands posted for issue of summons on 09.02.2026.
