O R D E R

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023, r/w Section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.124 of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the earlier bail application in Crl.O.P.No.30758 of 2025 was dismissed by this Court, by an order dated 14.11.2025, on the following reasons:

"7.This Court has also gone through the FIR Copy and other records, it reveals that the victim has sustained various puncture wounds. It is also submitted that, at the time of admitting the victim, statement was also obtained. This Court is of the view that the release of the petitioners at this stage would hamper the investigation. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners." 3.

Since there is no change in the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
