ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to issue Worksite Inspection and Plant and Machineries Certificates to the petitioner by considering the representation dated 12.12.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner visited the worksite after prior intimation to the second respondent but no worksite inspection and Plant and Machinery Working Condition certificates have been issued. It is further submitted that the petitioner went to the office of the second respondent on 09.12.2025 and 10.12.2025 seeking the above certificates, but the second respondent has not accepted the representation and hence, the petitioner sent the representation by post on 12.12.2025, but till date no action has been taken by the second respondent. Hence, the present writ petition.
3. Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents submits, on instructions, that the petitioner submitted the application with a delay and hence, the application of the petitioner was rejected.

4. This Court is of the view that these disputed question of facts cannot be gone into in a writ petition and hence, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
