ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that based on the complaint given by one Deepika, an enquiry was conducted by the second respondent in C.No.5419/COP/VISITORS/2025. He further submitted that the petitioner was called only for the purpose of enquiry and was not harassed during the process. However, the complaint has now been closed on 14.11.2025, as the dispute between the parties was a matrimonial one.
