2. The petitioner was initially appointed as Junior Assistant on 31.07.1998 and was subsequently, promoted as Assistant. Thereafter, the petitioner was selected as Forest Range Officer by way of transfer from Tamil Nadu Ministerial Service to the Tamil Nadu Forest Subordinate Service. It is his grievance that his name was not included in the promotional panel to the post of Assistant Conservator of Forest by way of recruitment by transfer for the year 2024-25. 4. On the above contention, this Court heard the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
