ORDER

This petition has been filed to extend the time for complying the conditions as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.32445 of 2025 dated 27.11.2025.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended by one week to the petitioners to comply the conditions as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in paragraph 8 of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.32445 of 2025, it was mentioned that the petitioners were ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order before the Satisfaction Magistrate. He further submitted that in condition 8(a), the surrendering period has been wrongly mentioned as ten days instead of fifteen days.

5.In view of the above, in condition (a) of paragraph 8 of the order in Crl.O.P.No.32445 of 2025 in 2nd line, the terms 'ten days' shall be deleted and in that place, the terms 'fifteen days' shall be incorporated.

6.The Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy after making necessary corrections as stated above.
