ORDER

This application has been filed by the applicants/petitioners praying to permit the 3rd Applicant to release her 1/3rd share in the right, title, ownership and interest in the Schedule 'C' Property mentioned in the Will dated 05/10/2020, equally and absolutely in favour of the 1st and 2nd Applicants.

2. According to the applicants, they filed the above Original Petition seeking Letters of Administration and this Court has allowed the same, vide order dated 14.03.2025 and now the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement, pursuant to which, the 3rd applicant is willing to release her 1/3rd share in the right, title, ownership and interest in the Schedule 'C' Property mentioned in the Will dated 05/10/2020, equally and absolutely in favour of the 1st and 2nd Applicants. Hence they filed this application.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the other side has stated no objection for allowing this application.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and considering the fact that the 3rd applicant herself decided to release her 1/3rd share in the Schedule 'C' Property mentioned in the Will dated 05/10/2020, equally and absolutely in favour of the 1st and 2nd

Applicants and also in view of the fact that Letters of Administration was already granted in favour of the applicants, this application is allowed. 09-02-2026 arr (1/3)
