ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to amend the order in Crl.O.P.No.32445 of 2025 dated 27.11.2025 by including the offence under Sections as 296(b), 115(2), 291 and 324(4) of the BHARATHIYA NYAYA SANHITA (BNS) r/w Section 4 of TN PROHIBITION OF HARASSMENT OF WOMEN ACT instead of 296(b), 115(2), 324(4) of THE BHARATIYA NYAYA SANHITA (BNS) r/w Section 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crl.Op.No.32445 of 2025 dated 27.11.2025.

2.In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in Crl.Op.No.32445 of 2025 dated 27.11.2025 and issue fresh copy of the order. Further, one week time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready 05-01-2026 1/2 gbi
