(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner has filed this petition, feeling aggrieved by the long pendency of his revision petition filed under Section 80A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971.

2. In the absence of there being any material as to how many revision petitions/applications are pending before the competent authority, we are not inclined to issue any time bound direction, however, we would observe that the revision petition filed by the petitioner be decided as early as possible.

With the aforesaid observation, this petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
