This application has been filed by the applicant to extend the time granted in A.No.38 of 2023 in C.S.No.7 of 2023 dated 25.06.2025.

2. This Court granted time to take out paper publication in 'The Hindu' National Daily, by mentioning the date of hearing as 25.07.2025. But the applicants have not taken out paper publication. Therefore, filed this application to grant extension of time.

3. The other side have not filed counter.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit that due to some administrative reasons unable to approve the paper publication by the concerned officer and also in order to give fair chance to the applicant, this application is allowed and the applicant is directed to take out a paper publication as ordered earlier by mentioning the date of hearing as 02.02.2026. 18.12.2025 (1/2) mtl 3/4
