This application is filed by the applicant to receive the additional documents.

2. According to the applicant, he is the petitioner in the main petition. At the time of filing the suit, the petition mentioned documents are not available with him. Now only they brought the petition mentioned documents which are very much essential to prove the case.

3. In this case, there is no respondent.

4. Considering the nature of application, that the evidence has not been recorded so far and this application is filed only to grant leave for production of documents belatedly, this petition is allowed and the documents can be received, subject to proof, relevancy and admissibility.

5. Post the matter before the learned Master for recording evidence on 04.02.2026.
