This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the conditions by which he was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) to the credit of Page No.1 of 4

Crime No.269 of 2025 before the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Chennai, as imposed in Crl.M.P.No.11903 of 2025 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, by order dated 12.12.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11903 of 2025 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) to the credit of Crime No.269 of 2025, is onerous condition, the same is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
