ORDER

The plaintiff was informed by defendants 1 to 3 that the fourth defendant, who was arrayed as Director of Wall Poster Cinema Private Limited, is unconnected with said entity. Upon receipt of such information, the plaintiff has applied to strike out the name of the fourth defendant. Learned counsel for defendants 1 to 3 reiterates that the fourth defendant is not the Director of above mentioned corporate entity and is unconnected with such entity.

2. Considering the aforesaid, this application is liable to be and is hereby allowed as prayed for. The plaintiff shall carry out the consequential amendment on or before 06.04.2026 and serve a copy of the amended plaint on the defendants within a week therefrom. 30.03.2026 mmi
