Respondent(s) Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to issue work site inspection certificate and working condition of the plants and machineries certificate to the petitioner in respect of the Tender Notice No.20/ HDO/ NH/ 2025-26/ dated 03.12.2025 in so far as S.No.
2 work is concerned for widening from single lane to intermediate lane and strengthening at Km 1/6-6/6, km 6/8-9/2 and Km9/4 - 16/610 of Suriyagoundampalayam-Elachipalayam road (via) Ramapuram (M-1238) including construction of Box Culvert at Km 12/4 Construction of Well protective wall at Km 1/8, 3/4, 4/2, 6/4, 14/2 widening of pipe culvert at Km 4/3 (ii)6/4, 6/8, 6/10, 8/2, 8/6, 9/0, 9/2, 10/6, 12/4, 14/8 reconstruction of Box culvert in lieu of existing cut stone culvert at 6/4, 12/6, Reconstruction of Box culvert in lieu of existing pipe culvert at Km 8/2 and construction of Retaining wall at Km 7/8, 8/2-(Job No. TNCRIF-2025-26-SLM-17) and consequently direct the third respondent to accept the petitioners Tender Application and to evaluate the same For Petitioner : Mr.A.M.Esakkiappan For Respondents : Ms.P.
ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the fourth respondent to issue work site inspection certificate and working condition of the plants and machineries certificate to the petitioner in respect of the Tender Notice No.20/ HDO/ NH/ 2025-26/ dated 03.12.2025 with regard to 2 / 5
S.No.2 of the work is concerned and consequently direct the third respondent to accept the Tender Application and to evaluate the same.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up, Ms.P.Aiswarya. learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice for Respondents 1 to 4, submitted, on instructions, that the application of the petitioner will be processed and Worksite Inspection and Plant and Machineries Certificates will be issued on or before 29.12.2025.
3. In view of the fact that the tender condition stipulates that documents should be uploaded on or before 30.12.2025, the respondents are directed to issue Worksite Inspection and Plant and Machineries Certificates on or before 29.12.2025.
With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
