ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to issue sub-division patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the sale deed dated 07.04.1997 registered as Document No.2599/1997 on the file of SubRegistrar, Hosur, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner has filed supporting documents in respect of his request for issuance of sub-division patta from the respondents 2 and 3 for the subject property. The petitioner had submitted an application with the respondents 2 and 3 on 08.09.2025 requesting them to issue sub-division patta for the subject property. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 4 and 5 in this writ petition, notice to them is dispensed with.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the official respondents, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing objections from the respondents 4 and 5 as well as any other party whom the official respondents deem fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2025 seeking for issuance of sub-division patta in his name, after hearing objections from the respondents 4 and 5 as well as any other party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 08.09.2025. No Costs.
