For Petitioner : Mr.M.Mukilan For Respondents : Mr.D.Ravichander Special Government Pleader Order This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2025 seeking for cancellation of joint patta issued in the name of Govindarajan for the property (morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition) within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner claims that a joint patta has been issued in the name of Govindharaj, which is incorrect. Therefore, the petitioner seeks for cancellation of the said joint patta granted in the name of the said Govindarajan. However, the said Govindarajan has not been arrayed as party respondent in this Writ Petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2025 seeking for cancellation of joint patta issued in the name of Govindarajan is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing objections of the said Govindarajan as well as any other third party, whom, the third respondent deems it fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation made by the petitioner.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the third respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2025 seeking for cancellation of the joint patta issued in the name of the said Govindarajan after hearing objections of the said Govindarajan as well as any other third party, whom, the third respondent deems it fit to enquire within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
