ORDER
Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and the material records of the case, it can be seen that the petitioner has made two representations dated 28.08.2025 and 11.11.2025 to the first respondent, namely the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board.
2. Upon perusal of the representations, the prayer is to conduct an election to the Murthazakhan Bahadur Mosque, Burial Ground and Idga Waqf (Barthipuram), situated at Cheyyar Town (Thiruvathipuram), Thiruvannamalai District.
3. When the matter came up for admission, the learned counsel, taking notice on behalf of the respondents, would submit that they will consider the representations in the manner known to law, if every issue is kept open.
4. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms: (i) The second respondent shall take up the aforementioned representations dated 28.08.2025 and 11.11.2025.
(ii) The petitioner shall also be heard and the representations shall be disposed of in the manner known to law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order. No costs.
