ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed in para 7(c) of Crl.M.P.No.11674 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.464 of 2025 dated 23.06.2025.

2. According to the learned counsel, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and has been reporting before the Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram, FTMC, Erode.

3. Considering the submission that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without any deviation, the condition imposed by this Court in para 7(c) of Crl.M.P.No.11674 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.464 of 2025 dated 23.06.2025, directing the petitioner to appear before the Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram, FTMC, Erode, on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., is relaxed. The petitioner is now directed to appear before the Trial Court once in every three months on the first working day of the English calendar month until further orders. All other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
