Despite giving three opportunities for the appearance of the petitioner and the 2nd respondent to compound the offence as per the Joint Compromise Memo filed before this Court. Neither the petitioner nor the 2nd respondent/complainant is present before this Court. 3.

In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Joint Compromise Memo and the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
