2. When the case was posted on 30.10.2023, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter has been adjourned to 15.11.2023 for paying succession duty. Again, on that day, the matter has been adjourned to 15.12.2023, granting one more chance for payment of succession duty.

3. However, today, none appeared for the petitioner. Succession duty not paid. This Original Petition stands dismissed.
