The writ petitioner filed the miscellaneous petition for permission to represent the petitioner society through its current secretary. In the affidavit in support of this petition, it is stated that Mr.K.S.Babai, who represented the society earlier, passed away after the writ petition was instituted.
2. Upon considering the reasons mentioned in the affidavit and being satisfied that the petitioner has made out a case to allow this petition, this petition is allowed as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the consequential amendments.
