ORDER

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed for payment of last drawn wages for the petitioner pending disposal of the Writ Petition.

2. Upon perusal of the Writ Petition, it can be seen that the award has been passed for reinstatement of the petitioner. The petitioner has filed an affidavit that the petitioner is not gainfully employed anywhere else. In view thereof, the petitioner is entitled for payment of the last drawn wages of a sum of Rs.51,775/-.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered on the following terms:- (i) From the month of August, 2025 till January, 2025, the arrears of last drawn wages shall be paid on or before 05.02.2026; (ii) From the month of February, 2026 onwards, the last drawn wages shall be paid on or before the 5th of every succeeding calendar month;

(iii) The authorities shall act on the web-copy of this order without waiting for a certified copy of this order. 19.01.2026 grs 2/4
