ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 4 and 7 to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, and also to transfer the patta in favour of the petitioner, based on her representation, dated 28.04.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and on instructions, he would submit that the petitioner's representation, dated 28.04.2025 seeking for survey and demarcation of the boundaries has been rejected by the Surveyor, by his order, dated 10.01.2026. A copy of the rejection order is also been served in the open court to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, necessarily, the petitioner will have to challenge the said order passed by the Surveyor, in case, if she is aggrieved by the same in the manner known to the petitioner under law.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks liberty for the petitioner to challenge the order of the Surveyor, dated 10.01.2026 in the manner known to the petitioner under law.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order, dated 10.01.2026 passed by the Surveyor pertaining to the property morefully described in the Page No.3 of 6

affidavit filed in support of this writ petition in the manner known to the petitioner under law. No costs.
