3. Mr.R.Govindaraj, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the entire mortgage debt has been discharged on 20.02.2020 and the E.P. itself has been terminated and therefore nothing survives in the revision.

4. Recording the said statement of the learned counsel for the respondent, the Civil Revision petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
